DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Before you consider returning a product, we would like to provide a little bit information about the environmental impact of returns. The environmental impact of reverse shipping creates over 5 billion pounds of landfill waste annually. Our excessive ‘throw-away’ and return behaviour is a driving force behind the growing plastic epidemic, and it’s our behaviour towards plastic that needs to change. With that said, Hawaii Skin Treats is dedicated to bringing you an unparalleled shopping experience from start to finish! If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just contact us. We will do our best to find a solution. 

If a product you have ordered is damaged or defective, let us know in writing within 30 days of purchase. We'll gladly offer a full refund or replacement. Please quote your name and order number when contacting us, providing details of the damage. Returned products must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping - please contact us for return instructions. Once your return is received, we will send an email notifying you that we have received it and we will send you a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. A replacement is sent free of charge. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST

If your package is not delivered, please contact us immediately and we will contact USPS to attempt to track down the package. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered. As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your receipt, shipping details and a link to track your parcel online. 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES?

We ship with USPS. We offer free shipping on all orders to the U.S over $50. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days following the order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Free Priority Mail over $50. We’ll automatically apply free shipping at checkout. Delivery is available in the US only.

We charge when shipping to international addresses. Shipping cost are calculated on checkout prior to your purchase.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible by using our contact form. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
